The Technical Engineering and Electrical Union has served strike notice on a lift company in the Minister for Labour Affairs Tony Killeen's constituency.

Ennis Lifts is accused of failing to pay Filipino lift engineers the official rates.

The TEEU is also investigating a multinational lift company for exploitation of Polish workers.
