Dublin assault victim dies in hospital
A taxi driver who was assaulted in Dublin on Monday night has died.
The 41-year-old Nigerian man, who was attacked on Pearse St., was pronounced dead in hospital this afternoon.
Meanwhile, a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions relating to a man who was yesterday released without charge over the incident.
