Longford face Sligo in League Cup

Holders Longford Town have been drawn away to Sligo Rovers in the second round of the eircom League Cup.

Premier Division leaders Cork City will entertain First Division bottom club Kilkenny City at Turner's Cross later this month.

The tie of the round is the Dublin derby meeting of last year's beaten finalists Bohemians and St Patrick's Athletic at Dalymount Park.

In the only other all-Dublin and all-Premier Division clash, UCD host Shamrock Rovers at Belfield Park in Pool D.

Ties will be played on June 20th/21st and kick-off times etc. will be confirmed next week. The quarter-final draw will be on an open basis.
