Classic: Irish lad returns home to surprise mam for her birthday

Here's a treat: another great 'Irish mammy going ballistic at son's return' video.

Ian Finn flew home from Slovakia and "gave the mother a mini-stroke." Even better, he did it as a surprise for her birthday. Bless.

And then, naturally, gives the other two lads a thump for their part in the trickery.

Ian told the folks at Joe.ie the video was recorded last year, but it was only uploaded to YouTube yesterday.

Perhaps he was influenced by the recent wild popularity of another Irish mammy who hit the roof when her son arrived on a surprise visit.

Which begs the important question: why does everyone record these videos holding the camera vertically?

I mean, come on.
