A man is due in court this afternoon following a 'tiger' kidnapping in Dublin on Friday.

A man is due in court this afternoon following a 'tiger' kidnapping in Dublin on Friday.

A woman was abducted from her home in Ballyfermot while her husband was forced to take money from the Ulster Bank branch where he worked.

She was later freed in Co. Meath.

The suspect - who is in his 20s - is due to appear before Dublin District Court at 2pm this afternoon to face charges in connection with the incident.
