Bookies taking bets on Big Brother ending early
Growing unhappiness among the Big Brother housemates has prompted bookmakers to invite bets on the show finishing early.
William Hill is offering odds of 20/1 the programme will end before July 26 after calls from customers wanting to place wagers on the show's early demise.
The move follows the early exit of Sunita, who asked to leave after just one week in the house, and Sandy, who scaled the wall of the Elstree set after telling Big Brother he was too bored to stay.
Big Brother bosses also say telephone scams are circulating where people were told to call a special number with the promise of prizes, only to find they had unwittingly voted for Jonny Regan or Lee Davey - the two housemates up for eviction.
