Lotto jackpot to hit €7.5m
Tonight’s Lotto jackpot will reach €7.5m.
The last time it peaked at this level was in September when it rolled over to become the second-highest jackpot in the state’s history at €10m.
It was collected by a group of five people who bought their ticket in Galway.
It is the fourth time this year that a Lotto jackpot has snowballed to this amount.
Since National Lottery games began, 322 people have become millionaires.
