England's Prince Philip is believed to be planning a visit to Ireland tomorrow for a number of engagements.

England's Prince Philip is believed to be planning a visit to Ireland tomorrow for a number of engagements.

The Duke of Edinburgh is expected to officiate at an awards ceremony for young people at the National Concert Hall along with President Mary McAleese.

He is also expected to pay a courtesy visit to the Taoiseach at government buildings.

The visit is likely to reignite talk about a possible visit by Queen Elizabeth.
