O'Flynn strike sends Cork top

John O´Flynn hit his ninth league goal of the season to restore Cork City to the top of the Premier Division table after the narrowest of wins over an understrength UCD side at Turner´s Cross tonight.
O´Flynn scored the only goal of the night on ten minutes when reacting quickest to the rebound after Darren Quigley could only parry a shot from Roy O´Donovan.
Cork remained on top throughout, but failed to add to their winning margin despite chances in the second half for O´Flynn, George O´Callaghan and Billy Woods.
