Gardaí say last night's David Guetta concert at Marlay Park in Dublin went off without any serious incidents.

The sold out gig was the first large outdoor dance event in Dublin since Swedish House Mafia played the Phoenix Park.

Around 20,000 attended last night's show.

Policing was stepped up for a series of gigs at the park in the wake of the trouble that broke out at last month's Swedish House Mafia concert.

Tonight Van Morisson takes to the stage and gardaí are advising those attending to arrive early as they will be subject to searches.
