A number of activists will take to the streets outside the Dáil this morning to highlight the lack of job and college opportunities for Leaving Cert students.

The protest, which takes place on the eve of the publication of the Leaving Certificate examinations, aims to draw attention to the jobs crisis for young people.

Labour Youth, who organised the demonstration, also wants to highlight the increased surge in college applications at a time when the third-level budget has been severely reduced.
