Relatives of the victims of the Dublin and Monaghan bombings have expressed disappointment at the lack of movement on getting Britain to co-operate with the investigation into the attacks.
The matter was raised at talks in London yesterday between the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, and British prime minister Tony Blair.
However, little progress appears to have been made.
Mr Ahern had promised to make one last effort to get the British government to hand over files relating to the 1974 bombings, which killed 33 people.
There have long been allegations that British security forces helped the loyalist paramilitaries who planted the bombs.
The Irish Government has threatened to take Britain to the European Court of Human Rights in relation to the matter.
