Soccer: Bosnich warns Aussie football bosses

Mark Bosnich has warned Australian football bosses that they risk alienating the big European clubs if they remain stubborn over the international friendly row.

Mark Bosnich has warned Australian football bosses that they risk alienating the big European clubs if they remain stubborn over the international friendly row.

Australia and France are due to meet on November 11 and both countries have said they will defy a FIFA recommendation to pick only one player from any one club.

However the Chelsea and Australian goalkeeper said Australian players come to Europe because the Australian league is not a "suitable standard".

He also stressed that many players are making their living from playing football.

The match has been criticised by many European club bosses because their players will have to fly half way around the world during the competitive season for a friendly game.
