Gardaí in Drogheda have launched a murder investigation after a post mortem examination revealed a man whose body was discovered yesterday, died of strangulation.

Gardaí in Drogheda have launched a murder investigation after a post mortem examination revealed a man whose body was discovered yesterday, died of strangulation.

The body of the 30-year-old man was found, partly clothed, in a laneway outside a quarry in Togher, Co Louth, at around 3pm yesterday.
