New research on how equality in the workplace can be good for business is to be launched today.
Professor Kathy Monks, from Dublin City University Business School, has outlined the case for encouraging fairness and diversity at work in order to maximise results.
The work explores how differences across the workforce can be a competitive advantage and create business opportunities.
Her study, The Business Impact of Equality and Diversity – The International Evidence, is being launched by The National Centre for Partnership and Performance and the Equality Authority.
