The Taoiseach has been meeting the social partners to address outstanding matters relating to the new national wage agreement.
While there is overall agreement on the "Sustaining Progress" deal, a number of issues still need to be clarified.
Brendan Butler of IBEC says several outstanding problems were put to the Taoiseach.
The issues included inflation, housing and competitiveness.
