Flights resume at Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport has reopened.

Dublin Airport has reopened.

Flights resumed just before 11.30pm, after snow was cleared and friction testing was carried out on the runway.

However, a spokesperson for the Dublin Airport Authority says that while the runway has been treated, the weather will determine whether services can be maintained.

She said the airport will continue to monitor the situation overnight.

In the meantime, passengers are advised to check their airlines' websites for updates.
