The Naked Gun star OJ Simpson has paid an emotional tribute to late celebrity defence attorney Johnnie Cochran, who died of a brain tumour on Tuesday aged 67.
Simpson believes he would be serving time in prison for the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman, if the legendary lawyer hadn't successfully defended him during his well-publicised trial.
Cochran - who has also defended Michael Jackson and Sean 'P Diddy' Combs - famously proved a glove found at Brown's murder scene was too small for Simpson's hand, concluding: "If it doesn't fit, you must acquit."
Simpson admits: "I don't think I'd be home today without Johnnie."
