Businesses and cultural organisations in Dublin have come together in a bid to attract more consumers into the city.

They've launched their biggest ever Winter Programme, which includes a Family Day on December 8.

Lord Mayor of Dublin Emer Costello says it is a tough time for retailers in the city - but the programme aims to drum up some business.
