Gavin James’ version of Fairytale of New York will make you fall in love with the song all over again

If you’re anything like us you’ve been humming Christmas songs since mid-November.

From Snow is Falling to Rocking around the Christmas Tree, we’ve all the classics rehearsed.

So we were kind of sceptical when Gavin James release his newest EP ‘Winter Songs’.

The album is made up of six songs, including Driving Home for Christmas, Joni Mitchell’s River and most notably Fairytale of New York.

Worried? We were, but turns out it made us fall head over heels in love with that classic all over again.

Now if that doesn’t give you those tingly Christmas feels we don’t know what will.

James is all set to play Dublin's 3Arena this Friday, December 7.
