Victim in critical condition after incident outside Co Cavan pub
Gardaí are investigating an incident in Co Cavan last night which a man suffered serious head injuries.
The incident happened outside a pub in Lisgrey in Virginia.
The victim, who is in his 20s, was found unconscious. He has since been moved to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward, in particular anyone who was attending a function in the pub last night.
