Al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden will be addressing the American people on the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks with a new video, according to SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors Islamist websites.

SITE said the terror group’s media arm had announced the upcoming video.

The announcement showed a still from the video that portrayed Bin Laden addressing the camera.

His beard, which in previous messages had been streaked with grey, was entirely dark.
