Deal agreed to implement Kyoto protocol
The International climate conference in Morocco has reached a deal on implementing the Kyoto protocol.
Following all night discussions, delegates finally agreed measures to combat climate change and global warming.
The deal will be voted on later today by nearly 40 countries, but the United States continues to refuse to ratify the Kyoto Treaty.
