Man held in connection with Cork death

A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Co Cork.

A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Co Cork.

The arrest follows the death of a 42-year-old man at Masseystown, Macroom, Co. Cork, at approximately 10am on Thursday last.

The man arrested this afternoon was taken to Bandon Garda station where he is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
