Customs officers in the North have raided a diesel-laundering plant in Co Tyrone, capable of producing up to three million litres of illicit fuel a year.
Officers said they have dismantled the yard, which could have resulted in the launderers evading almost £1.75m (€1.87m) in taxes.
The raid took place in a rural farmhouse in the Coagh area where six large metal tubes used to filter diesel through cat litter were uncovered.
