American child pageant reported to be making a return

It looks like a controversial American child pageant is set to make a return to Ireland.

It has been reported organisers have made secret arrangements with a number of hotels in Dublin, Cork and Belfast for a date in March.

Universal Royalty were forced to hold their 'toddlers and tiara' contest in a pub in County Monaghan last year, after a public outcry forced the original venue to cancel.

However, founder Annette Hill claims she has been making plans to come back ever since.
