Agen second row Maher Kahla will not face a complaint from the Perpignan fan he allegedly hospitalised during last Saturday's 18-12 victory against the Catalans, although a disciplinary meeting on Wednesday could still see a sporting sanction imposed.
Kahla - who was a replacement in the match - was warming up in one of the in-goal areas when he reportedly struck the 16-year-old, who has now decided not to make an official complaint against the player after consulting with his family.
Kahla claims that he was racially insulted, but could still land himself in hot water when the disciplinary commission meets on Wednesday, as the incident was noted in the report of the match official.
