A 13-year-old Belfast boy charged with raping a five-year-old boy on two occasions last year has been released on bail.

A 13-year-old Belfast boy charged with raping a five-year-old boy on two occasions last year has been released on bail.

At Belfast Magistrates Court, the judge granted bail on the condition that the accused teenager has no contact with other children, does not leave home without a parent and is not left home alone.

He is also not allowed to contact the alleged victim or prosecution witnesses.
