No confirmation of reports that Kandahar has fallen
Osama bin Laden and Mullah Omar are both reportedly on the run near the southern Afghan city of Kandahar.
This report comes as the Taliban spiritual leader Omar urged his followers to fight to the death.
There are conflicting reports on the fate of Kandahar, with the Northern Alliance claiming to have entered the city.
The Pentagon says that it can not confirm the reports.
