Gardaí in Co Louth are investigating the suspected abduction of a three-year-old girl in Dundalk last night.

The girl is believed to be in the company of her father, who may be driving a red Mitsuibishi Lancer.

Gardaí in Dundalk have appealed for help from the public in tracing the missing girl, who has fair, curly hair and was wearing a red tracksuit at the time of her disappearance.
