Labour party say that undertakers prices must be investigated
There is increasing pressure being put on the Director of Consumer Affairs to investigate the charges of undertakers.
The calls are being made following the recent report that revealed that there are large differences in prices between different funeral parlours.
The Labour Party’s spokesperson for trade and employment, Pat Rabbitte, said that the Government must do something about the situation instead of just telling people to shop around.
