The Minister for Agriculture has dismissed claims that an EPA report into health problems in west Limerick is a white-wash.

The Minister for Agriculture has dismissed claims that an EPA report into health problems in west Limerick is a white-wash.

The report, due out later today, points the finger at farmers for animal and human illness in the Askeaton area, rather than at industry.

The IFA claimed earlier that farmers were being used as scapegoats, but the minister is standing over the report.
