February date set for decision on Priory Hall accommodation costs

Priory Hall residents will have to wait longer to hear about the status of their temporary accommodation costs.

Some 100 residents of the North Dublin complex were evacuated in October, after serious concerns were raised about fire safety.

Dublin City Council, which was ordered to pay the cost of their alternate accommodation, has applied to the Supreme Court to stop the payment.

The Supreme Court today put back the case for mention on February 16.
