Greens: Government must enforce land tax
The Green party wants the Government to enforce a land hoarding tax on developers to drag down house prices.
The party said the tax could be levied annually on land that's zoned for housing but isn't developed.
But Green Party TD Ciaran Cuffe said the idea of cornering developers may not sit well with the Government.
