The PSNI has named the 35-year-old man who was abducted and murdered in the North over the weekend as Paul Crymble, a father-of-two from Ballybreagh Road in the Richhill area of Co Armagh.

Mr Crymble and his wife were confronted by a gang of four armed men as they returned to their home early yesterday morning.

The men demanded money and then bundled Mr Crymble into the family car.

His body was found just before 11am off the main Portadown to Markethill road.

The PSNI said it did not believe the murder had a sectarian or paramilitary motive.
