The Osbournes have decided not to shoot the second series of their reality TV show in the UK.
The family had been considering moving into their listed Queen Anne mansion in Buckinghamshire.
But daughter Kelly says she wants to stay at their Beverly Hills mansion, despite being plagued by obsessive fans.
Kelly told MTV she didn't feel comfortable in the UK.
"People there all look the same and they don't have acceptance for people who are different," she said.
"I would rather stay somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, I love England.
"My friends there are my best friends since I was two. The only things I miss are the food and friends."
The new 20-episode series will be broadcast in America over the summer and shown around the world.
It had been reported the family want as much as €25m to allow the cameras in for a second time, after receiving just €250,000 for the first 10-episode series.
The Osbournes is currently on MTV in the UK and negotiations are continuing to bring it to terrestrial TV.
