Counterfeit suspect released without charge

A 49-year-old man being questioned by gardaí in connection with a counterfeiting operation in Co Louth has been released without charge.

A 49-year-old man being questioned by gardaí in connection with a counterfeiting operation in Co Louth has been released without charge.

A number of forged documents, including driving licences, insurance certificates and bank drafts were seized during a search of a house at O'Hanlon Park in Dundalk.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
