The Czech Republic have beaten a brave Latvia side thanks to two goals from Milan Baros and Marek Heinz in the 73rd and 85th minutes.

Latvia held the lead from the last minute of the first half, but the Group D minnows couldn't keep out the Czechs to stage a shock.
