Gardaí asked to help identify two bodies found in France

Gardaí have been asked to assist French police in identifying two men who were found dead in the south of France last November.

Gardaí have been asked to assist French police in identifying two men who were found dead in the south of France last November.

It is believed the two men, who are father and son, may be Irish.

Gardaí cannot confirm the men's identities at this stage.

The men were shot dead and their bodies were dumped in a village near the town of Perpignan on November 25.

The father is described as between 50 and 60 years old, balding and 1.71 metres in height.

The son was between 35 and 40 years old, 1.79 metres tall, with red hair that appeared to have been dyed chestnut brown.
