Fears are growing today for the jobs of 90 workers at the Ellickson Engineering Plants in Dublin and Waterford.

A spoksperson from the TEEU says the firm shut last week and has been in discussion with banks in an effort to set up a trading receiver to work through financial difficulties.

Management at the company is expected to make an announcement on the current situation tomorrow.
