Spanish fishing vessel detained
The navy ship LE Eithne has detained the German-registered Spanish fishing vessel Lady Beatrice 80 miles west of Galway.
The alleged offence was the under-recording of catch.
The vessel has been escorted back to Galway, where it was handed over to local gardai.
