Man arrested after sexual assault in Belfast
A man has been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted in east Belfast.
The incident occurred when the woman was walking in the Short Strand area in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Meanwhile in a separate incident, a man has been arrested after a woman was indecently assaulted after leaving a bar in Belfast city centre.
It has been reported that she was assaulted in a car, but managed to escape.
The police are said to be questioning a man in his early 20s.
