The bodies of a policeman, his wife and two of their children have been found after an apparent murder-suicide.

Officers arrived at their home in Gravesend, Kent last night after neighbours reported a domestic dispute.

They found the body of a 31-year-old woman and a three-year-old boy.

Three other children were rushed to hospital where an 18-month-old boy later died.

The other youngsters, a boy of eight and a seven-year-old girl, are in a stable condition.

The body of their father was found in the garage of the house.
