The Central Appeals Committee of the GAA will not be meeting tonight, it emerged this afternoon.
Clare are set to appeal over the suspensions imposed on four of their players over the so-called 'Semple Skirmish', while Cork are also understood to be planning to appeal.
The Rebels are now in a race against time to have three of their star players cleared.
As things stand, Donal Óg Cusack, Diarmuid O'Sullivan and Sean Óg Ó hAilpín are currently ruled out of Sunday's Munster semi-final against Waterford with four week bans.
