Pakistan and India will hold talks later this month as part of the peace process to tackle five decades of enmity, an official said today.

“India proposed June 27 and 28 today and we accepted them,” a senior Pakistani Foreign Ministry official said in Islamabad.

Top bureaucrats at the two foreign ministries will attend, he said.
