Workers in Bórd na Móna have voted in favour of a pay deal brokered by the Workplace Relations Commission.
The deal involves productivity measures in return for a 3% pay increase and a once-off payment of just over €1,200.
The agreement emerged after a year of negotiations between the company and the SIPTU and TEEU unions.
Workers voted 60/40 in favour of the pay and conditions proposals. Management had proposed a 30% pay cut.
