The Nationall Asset Management Agency (NAMA) has confirmed that it is not acquiring developer Paddy McKillen's €1.4bn property debts.

The Nationall Asset Management Agency (NAMA) has confirmed that it is not acquiring developer Paddy McKillen's €1.4bn property debts.

The investor succeeded in a Supreme Court appeal challenging NAMA's decision to take over the loans.

He today won the costs of his case.

NAMA says the loans are no longer considered material.
