Kerry road accident leaves elderly woman in serious condition

An elderly woman is in a serious condition in hospital, after she was knocked down by a vehicle in Co. Kerry yesterday evening.

An elderly woman is in a serious condition in hospital, after she was knocked down by a vehicle in Co. Kerry yesterday evening.

The incident happened on Basin Road in Tralee at around 6pm.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
