European Court intervenes in deportation case

Amnesty International Ireland has welcomed the intervention of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Pamela Isevbekhai.

Amnesty International Ireland has welcomed the intervention of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Pamela Isevbekhai.

The court has instructed the Government not to deport her until the ECHR can consider the case on December 9.

The High Court today rejected Pamela Isevbekhai’s bid to prevent the deportation of her and her two daughters over fears for the safety of the two young girls.
