The family of a young man who died while in the care of the HSE want child care services withdrawn from the health body.

The relatives of Daniel Talbot from Summerhill in Dublin have made the call on the first anniversary of his death.

The 19-year-old was found dead at a flat in August 2009.

His family is also holding a protest outside the Dáil this afternoon to highlight their case.
